Alan has been married for 26 years, has 3 kids and 4 grandkids. He loves spending time with his family and sees his grandkids every chance he gets. He also enjoys being out in nature while hiking, backpacking, camping and fishing. Alan has been in this industry since 1992. When asked what he loves most about his job, he said that every day is a new opportunity to learn and grow. If you do what you love, you will never work a day in your life.

Travis Pittman - Technician
Travis has been married for 5 years and has 2 kids; a son age 7 and a daughter age 4. He loves getting to watch his kids grow and spending as much time with them as possible. He also enjoys playing sports, watching college basketball, watching his son play baseball and his daughter dance ballet. Travis has been in this industry since 2020, and says the camaraderie between him and his co-workers makes this a great job. He also likes the challenges and opportunity for learning that every day presents.
Tricia Wilczyk-McDonald - Sales and Office
Tricia has been married for 7 years and has a 5 year old pitbull. Besides spending time with her husband remodeling their house, she loves crafting, baking, reading, working on cars, and is passionate about advocating for pitbulls. She volunteers for a pitbull rescue and would some day like to start her own. Tricia has been in this industry since 2020. She enjoys how hands on this industry is and that every day is something different.
